Achievements

• HATW have built the original orphanage and provided a new home for 64 children. To read more about the opening of the orphanage click here.
• We have built four volunteers bungalows which provides an income for the orphanage and purchased a house in the village for staff.
• We part funded a visit to the UK two years ago for five children and are again doing the same in September 2012.
• We have bought a mini bus and a pick up which provides all transportation needs.
• We have bought a motorcycle and side box to enable orchids grown by the children to be sold at hotels and restaurants generating an income.
• We have bought televisions, DVD players, music systems, musical instruments, fans, toiletries and food.
• 64 orphans and 36 village children were treated to a trip to the cinema where lunch and popcorn were provided.
